Jakarta, July 27, 2020, It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") that pursuant to the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on July 24, 2020, has resolved to distribute a final cash Dividend for the financial year ending as of 31 December 2019 in the amount of Rp.19 (nineteen Rupiah) for each share to the Shareholders of the Company, payable August 25, 2020 to the shareholders of record on August 06, 2020.
