PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (IDX - SMSM) is pleased to announce that the Company received the Top-50 MidCap Public Listed Companies and The Best Equitable Treatment of Shareholders in the IICD CG Appreciation 2017, held by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD). The award was presented in Pullman Hotel, Jakarta, on Monday, April 17, 2017.

The selection was based upon an independent survey and assessment on the implementation of SMSM’s good corporate governance (GCG) principles. The survey takes into account key GCG principles such as the Rights of Shareholders, the Equitable Treatment of Shareholders, the Role of Stakeholders, Disclosure and Transparency, and the Responsibilities of the Board.

The IICD survey was based upon the GCG Guidelines from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). IICD conducted its independent assessment based on the public information available on the company’s website or the website of the stock exchange regulators.
