PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") would like inform that on Friday, 29 June 2018, the Company, has signed a Share Purchase Deed related to Share Purchase Transaction in Sure Filter (Thailand) Co., Ltd (SFT), a Company registered and incorporated under the laws of Thailand, with summary of transaction as follow:
Affiliated transactions that have been made by the Company in relation to Share Purchase Transaction of all shares owned by PT Adrindo Intisarana in Sure Filter (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a Company registered and incorporated under the laws of Thailand.
The object of the transaction is the purchase of shares by the Company, 286,000 shares (two hundred eighty six thousand) shares or 44.00% ownership in SFT with total transaction amount THB.55,000,000 (fifty five million Thailand Baht) or equivalent to Rp.23.738.000.000, - (twenty three billion seven hundred thirty eight million Rupiah).
