Jakarta, May 06, 2019, It is hereby announced to the Shareholders of PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (the "Company") that pursuant to the result of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company on May 03, 2019, has resolved to distribute a final cash Dividend for the financial year ending as of 31 December 2018 in the amount of Rp.18 (eighteen Rupiah) for each share to the Shareholders of the Company, payable May 24, 2019 to the shareholders of record on May 15, 2019.
